Nicole is a Psychosocial Counselor, HR Professional, Coach for Positive Psychology and the founder of Well-being Rebel. She specializes in mental health, stress management, and human behavior, helping people and organizations shift from survival mode to environments where they can truly thrive.

Nicole brings nearly two decades of corporate experience to her work. As an HR Business Partner, she wears many hats, but what she enjoys most is supporting employee well-being, fostering open communication, and helping shape healthier, more human-centered workplaces.

Why Well-being Rebel?

Nicole’s drive comes from her own experiences with burnout in 2015, living with anxiety, and navigating life as a neurodivergent Person (HSP). Through this, she gained the realization that mental strength is often misunderstood—and it sparked her personal passion for making mental health accessible, practical, and sustainable for everyone.

With Well-being Rebel, Nicole has created a space for people who not only understand mental strength but also want to truly live it—without pressure to perform, but with genuine depth. Her motivation: mental strength should not be complicated, but practical, tangible, and effective in the long term.
