Meet Nicole

Hi, I’m Nicole – psychosocial counselor, founder of Well-being Rebel, and convinced that mental health is the hottest accessory you’ll ever wear.

My job? To show you how to fall in love with your own mental health. No pressure, no perfection, but real, sustainable change - in your own way and at your own pace.

How I do it: In my work, I combine individual psychology, positive psychology, and business/personnel psychology with proven techniques like mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), pranayama, and intuitive coaching.

Scientifically grounded, but never dry. Holistic, but without any forced incense-burning. I speak plainly, not in clichés—because your wellbeing is too important to be drowned in empty phrases. Each session is tailored to you because I believe true wellbeing can only emerge when you find your own authentic path. Together, we work on building mental strength, creating emotional balance, and developing new perspectives—always with a focus on you and what truly matters to you.

Why I'm doing this: Because I know exactly what it's like to lose yourself in the midst of stress, expectations and social pressure. And through my own burnout around 10 years ago, I also know what it feels like to leave all that behind and find a deeper connection to yourself. This experience inspired me to create Well-being Rebel - as a place where you can rediscover yourself and create a life that feels right for you.

My professional path is colorful!

I started out with an economics degree — but just “doing a job”? That was never my thing. My drive: understanding how people tick and how they can unlock their full potential. With a CAS in personnel psychology, I specialized in exactly that to truly help businesses and individuals grow.

But that wasn’t my first stop. In a “former life,” I founded the online magazine Ard de vivre and led it as Content Creatrix from 2013 to 2017. That is where my creative energy and storytelling met my professional interests —a project that has left a lasting impact on me.

2019 marked a turning point: I wanted more depth, more impact. So, I enrolled in a program for psychosocial counseling. Two years later, I founded my own practice to help people sort through their inner chaos and live authentically.

Alongside this, I bring over 15 years of experience in international companies. Since 2023, I’ve been working as an HR Business Partner, bridging psychology and business in my own way. My focus? Clarity, humanity, and mental health—the things that really matter—for people and businesses ready to take it to the next level.

... and in
private matters?

My life unfolds in the vibrant Zurich metropolitan area, particularly in the charming city of Baden. This is where I recharge—during walks in nature, deep conversations over a hot cup of tea (yes, I’m a tea junkie!), and relaxed dinners in hidden alleyways.

Movement, whether powerful or gentle, is my pure expression of joy. Bodycombat energizes me, yoga brings me into the flow, and I recently discovered stand-up paddling (SUP) for myself – gliding over shimmering water feels like a little escape from everyday life. And even though I do it far too rarely, I have a secret crush on oriental dance.

For over two decades, my own nature-based spirituality has also been part of my everyday life—a grounding force and source of inspiration. Through mindful rituals and holistic self-care, I’ve developed a deep, intuitive connection to myself, my surroundings, and the rhythms of nature. It gives me stability and helps me stay in harmony with myself and the world.

Then, there’s my endless passion for creative expression in all its forms: from writing and photography to curiously exploring different cultures, philosophies, and ideas. Creativity is not an option for me—it’s a life philosophy. It’s my outlet, my therapy, and my adventure all in one. This creative energy directly flows into my work: it helps me gain new perspectives, cultivate empathy, and create a safe space where my clients can grow and blossom.
