Well-being Rebel was founded on a simple but powerful belief: mental health deserves more. More visibility. More education. And above all, more practical, everyday support that’s truly accessible.

Far too often, we see people pushed to their limits—at work, in daily life—without the tools they need to care for their mental well-being. Therapy options are limited, and preventative resources are often expensive or hard to access.

Well-being Rebel offers a new kind of support:

Nicole is a Psychosocial Counselor, HR Professional, and the founder of Well-being Rebel. She specializes in mental health, stress management, and human behavior, helping people and organizations shift from survival mode to environments where they can truly thrive.

Nicole brings over a decade of corporate experience to her work. As an HR Business Partner, she wears many hats, but what she enjoys most is supporting employee well-being, fostering open communication, and helping shape healthier, more human-centered workplaces.

With Well-being Rebel, Nicole provides a space for those looking to deepen self-awareness and create a more fulfilling, balanced life. Her mission: to make mental wealth practical, accessible, and sustainable.
