Salut, I'm Nicole, a psychosocial counselor, creative entrepreneur and a firm believer that holistic well-being is sexy. 🌟 With Well-being Rebel, I support people in building a deeper connection to themselves and discovering their mental health as a resource for a fulfilling life.


My approach combines scientifically based methods of psychology with mindfulness, stress management, intuitive coaching and creative strategies to find individual and sustainable solutions. Because true well-being comes about when we are holistically in balance.
