Counsellings

Psychosocial counseling is a short-term, evidence-based approach (Kurzzeitberatung) designed to support you in 2 to 10 sessions. Our work together focuses on understanding behavioral patterns, strengthening coping mechanisms, and fostering sustainable well-being—without unnecessary complexity. Whether you're facing stress, emotional struggles, or decision-making challenges, my approach is tailored to your specific needs.

My approach

In my counseling practice, I use a combination of evidence-based methodologies tailored to your unique needs. Each approach offers different tools to foster growth, enhance resilience, and promote well-being. Here's an overview of the techniques I integrate into our work together:

Meeting on equal terms and confidentiality

For me as a counsellor, meeting my clients as equals is crucial. Mutual respect and mutual appreciation are basic prerequisites for successful collaboration, as is the confidentiality of our counselling sessions. I am committed to the SGfB Code of Ethics and am therefore subject to a duty of confidentiality towards third parties. If the counselling situation requires it, I can be released from the duty of confidentiality with the written consent of the client.
