The counselling process
Welcome to my psychological counselling service. In an empowering and safe environment, I will help you to clarify your thoughts and feelings and find solutions to everyday challenges. Together we will work on your goals to increase your well-being and develop your personal strengths. Let's take the first step towards positive change together.
Further consultations (60 minutes)
In the follow-up appointments (60 minutes each) we will deepen our understanding of your situation and work together on solutions. We will analyze your obstacles, reflect on your progress and adapt our approach if necessary. How many follow-up appointments are appropriate depends on the complexity of your issue and how many topics you would like to look at in the consultation or coaching.

The initial consultation, including anamnesis, lasts 90 minutes and is designed to clarify your concerns and to gain a thorough understanding of your current life situation and personal history. The aim is to gain a comprehensive understanding of your life circumstances and challenges in order to be able to help you as best as possible and to use the most suitable counseling and coaching methods. Our Services
Our options for working together are as individual as the person themselves. Psychological counselling usually takes place in the counselling rooms, as confidentiality is best guaranteed there. However, if it suits the question and task at hand, we can also hold a coaching session outside during a walk & talk in the Baden or Zurich City region or during forest bathing (especially in connection with mindfulness coaching). Together we will decide what is best for your personal situation and the upcoming appointment.

Meeting on equal terms and confidentiality
For me as a counsellor, meeting my clients as equals is crucial. Mutual respect and mutual appreciation are basic prerequisites for successful collaboration, as is the confidentiality of our counselling sessions. I am committed to the SGfB Code of Ethics and am therefore subject to a duty of confidentiality towards third parties. If the counselling situation requires it, I can be released from the duty of confidentiality with the written consent of the client.
